EVERGREEN STATE SALAD

To complement our Evergreen Burger, we’re offering the Evergreen State salad in August, allowing our awesome local products to shine even more, in that extra-special healthy way.

We think you’ll agree it’s nice to have a lighter option during those crazy wicked hot summers here in Seattle (wait…what? it’s not hot…?)  Since Washington is also well known as a top producer of apples, we use add a healthy portion of sliced Gala apples atop our crisp mixed greens, combined with more of that delicious Willapa Hills Big Boy Blue Cheese, and our special housemade red wine raspberry vinaigrette.  Oh, and how about some Grand Central Bakery croutons to give it a special little crunch? We knew you’d appreciate that.
