This is our mashup of the Southern Classic featuring a Deep-Fried Waffle (to make sure your
waffle stays extra crispy) and our own Spicy Sriracha Syrup.
Here is how we make it; we start a Buttermilk Chicken Breast, deep fried to golden perfection,
add 2 slices of Cherry Wood Smoked Bacon drizzled with our own housemade Spicy Sriracha
Syrup between 2 Crispy Fried Waffles.

If you have never had them, Hushpuppies are golden brown nuggets made from a thick cornmeal
batter dropped in balls into the deep fryer and cooked till crisp on the outside and soft and chewy
in the middle. They’re delicious and are even better with our own housemade Siracha Syrup
