Roast Beast Burger

A Burger the even the Grinch would love….To make the Roast Beast, we start with a house seasoned 1/3 pound beef patty topped with a couple of slices of fried ham, french fried shallots and our own  house made 5-spice pineapple glaze.   Then we add a slab of Havarti cheese with a generous serving of our own tarragon dijon aioli and slice of fresh tomato on a bed of fresh arugula, all served on a toasted brioche bun.
