with our own housemade Sriracha Dipping Sauce

So very wrong and yet so very right.
We take lightly breaded little bite sized wedges of Mac’n'Cheese and deep fry them to golden perfection, then we saddle those up next to our zesty housemade Sriracha Dipping Sauce.

We start off with a toasted Brioche Bun that has a slide of Stone Ground Mustard, followed up with a layer of crunchy lettuce, juicy tomato and sweet red onion to catch all the juiciness of our 1/3 lb Premium Beef Patty that we top off with a thick slice of Friend Bologna smothered with melted American Cheese and crowned with crispy fried Tater Tots and our own housemade Caramelized Onion & Sour Cream Sauce.
