The “Frito Pie” Burger

While celebrating the passage of Initiative 502 we were making a batch of Frito Pies and it occurred to us …. “This would make a great burger”.

This is how we build it: we start with a Toasted Brioche Bun and spread on our house made Chive Sour Cream Mayo and a 1/3 pound Premium Beef Patty. Then we smothered in your choice of Beef Chili or Veggie Chili topped with melted Cheddar Cheese and finished off with a handful of crunchy Fritos.

This burger is the Ultimate Munchie Buster!
