March 2013 Burger of the Month


The “206 Cheesesteak Burger”
featuring Mama Lil’s Mild Pickled Peppers


This month we are making our own version of the classic “Philly” Cheesesteak featuring one of our favorite Pacific Northwest products: Mama Lil’s Pickled Peppers.

As they say March rolls in like a Lion and this monster comes loaded with beefy goodness sure to satisfy any hungry carnivore.
Welcome to the “206 Cheesesteak Burger”
We start off with a Toasted Brioche Bun, lay down a slathering of our own tangy Garlic Aioli, put a 1/3 lb. Premium Beef Patty on top of that, cover it with tender shaved steak, then smother it with a mountain of sautéed Peppers and Onions under a blanket of creamy melted White American Cheese.
We aren’t done!
Then we crown it all off with locally made Mama Lil’s Mild Pickled Peppers for a tangy zip that is unique to the Pacific Northwest.
