To make Marc’s Lambgasm Burger, we start by toasting a Grand Central Bakery Rustic Bun spread with a generous amount of rosemary butter, then lay down a bed of fresh arugula and add a perfectly seasoned ground lamb patty. Next we top the patty with a crisp slice of pancetta and then pile on the caramelized onions, oven roasted tomatoes and cap it off with a goat cheese aioli.
We should also warn you our supply of lamb is limited, so we will be limiting the number of Lambgasm Burgers we make each day, so get this burger while you can.
