Blue Bayou Burger:  Request Gluten Free bun and put BMS on the side.
Blue Shroom Burger: Request Gluten Free bun and put BMS on the side.
Blue Hawaiian: Request Gluten Free bun, remove teriyaki glaze and put BMS on the side.
El Diablo Azul: Request Gluten Free bun, remove/replace jalapeno bottle caps with fresh jalapenos
Code Blue: Request Gluten Free bun and put BMS on the side.

SANDWICHES

House Salad: With any dressing.

SHAKES

Shakes: Any flavor EXCEPT MALT. The shake machine is susceptible to cross contamination from malt powder and any shakes of the month containing glutinous products.

The occasion was prompted by the company’s adoption of Maninis Gluten Free for their gluten-free buns and flour. With a bunch of other gluten-free bloggers, I sampled bites of garlic Parmesan fries, regular fries, sweet potato fries, hamburger, cheeseburger, Hawaiian burger, mushroom burger, tater tots, grilled cheese sandwich, and Omission beer.
